putting stock injectors back in?

Is it safe for me to run my stock injectors for a week or two, while I wait for my new set to get here? Would the motor run to lean or not?

If you use it for normal driving and ss long as you don't rev it to the sky and keep the duty cycle within range you'll be safe. Just don't rev it past 4k.

What size injectors has your PCM been reprogrammed for? If it was programmed for anything significantly larger than stock, you could end up running extremely lean, beyond the limits of the PCM to adjust using the long term fuel corrections.
