Heya all
The. Temp. Of my exhaust manifold hits about 600ish Same on both side where all four pipes meet up,but not near the block near the engine it reads 300ish have a 94. Z-28 camaro with a 383 stroker with 24 lb stock injectors and stock exhaust manifold, hollow cat been retune. Some people tell me its the injectors what do you guys think?

There is always exhaust from 4 cylinders flowing at the merge. The individual runners only flow 1/4 of the time.
I would not use exhaust manifold temp to gage A/F ratio adequacy. What happens at WOT above 5,000 RPM? Does it show signs of leaning out - drop off of power, knock retard, loss of fuel pressure?
What is the estimated flywheel HP of the engine? If it is 360 HP of less, should not be running lean with 24 #/HR (programmed as 24.9 #/HR) injectors. What are ALL modifications to the engine - you don't mention heads/cam?
A data log of the engine under max load would show if it's leaning out:
