Putting engine on stand.. ?

Where can i hook the chains up so i can pull the motor off the kmember to put the engine on a stand? I don't want to put them somewhere that won't support the weight..

I used (2) 5/16 bolts, bolted to the lifter galley where the spider plate bolts to.No problem. Just do not go bouncing the engine all over the place and you'll be fine. If your chains are long enough use the motor mount bolt holes. Use the two hole that seem to be sorta criss-cross from each other. You won't find two holes in the center but they are offset each other in the center and it will lift the engine almost perfectly centered.

There is a bolt hole on the back of the passenger side head and hook the other side to the coil bolt

Yes, but you'll need some slighty longer bolts to maximize the number of threads. Yo could also use the bolts in the heads in the above post. Either way will work fine.
