push rod & rockers question

I have a 1995 z28 lt1 i just purchased a LE1 kit with a 230/238 .584/,584 108 lsa cam
,650 BTR double springs with 155 seat pressure and 400 open pressure.

what push rods and length should i be running and rockers?
i bought some 1418 roller tip comp cam magnums but found out after they are only good for 350 lb open. so i guess i should return?

Re: push rod & rockers question

Push rod length is best determined with the engine assembled and a push rod length checker . Why didn’t you just opt for full roller rockers? High spring loads, high RPM…. the power gains due to decreased friction and less oil heat up alone would seem to justify them.

Wouldn’t LE be the best to answer these questions?

Re: push rod & rockers question

I assume you would want NSA RR which require guide plates and hardened pushrods. Length of PR would need to be determined with a push rod check tool once engine is assembled. ISKY adjustable guideplates will allow perfect centering, L-R, of the RR on valve tip.

Did Lloyd spec the BTR springs?
