Plug Wires Popping Off

Ive had this happen two or three times, It will be misfiring and ticking, Ill push on the end of the plug wires and they will "pop" on to the plug. What can I do to stop it? I'm guessing that vibration is causing them to come off the plugs

Check for black exhaust looking deposits around the ceramic, some plugs can leak compression around those points this would easily cause you wires to pop off.
