Hey guys, pulled the car in the shop, and started to tear down for new fuel pump I'm putting in. I noticed that I have a few burned plug wires, which may be adding to the missing problem I was having. They are some 7mm autolite plug wires it looks like, so I definitely want to upgrade. Any recommendations?

 

Stock AC Delco wires are fine for your car.

 

Several people have said good things about AC Delco wires so they must be OK.

I prefer Magnecor wires and use a set myself. Plenty of information on that site as well. Do some research using that info......

 

After researching, I'll probably just get a set of Delco's to go back in. It seems to be the consensus on ease and reliability. Thanks for the posts though....

 

The MSD 8.8 are a nice upgrade. The only down fall is the thicker wire needs different holders than the stock ones.
