high rpm stumble/ injector question
high rpm stumble/ injector question
for the past couple weeks the car has had a stumble/miss at high rpm (4500-5800) only at WOT it is pretty consistent and has happened more than half of the time i go into that rpm range.I believe it is the injectors as I've replaced most of the ignition with the exclusion of the opti.
My question being that i plan to install a small cam and mild heads this winter(probably LE1 with his 218/224 cam) will injectors with stock flow(its a 93) be enough for this set up or should i be looking for something bigger? 30's maybe?
thanks for your time, Dan

Re: high rpm stumble/ injector question
Properly set up, and with the correct supporting mods, that should be over 400HP at the flywheel. You need 28's for 400HP. I'd think a set of 32's would allow a bit of room for better than 400HP results, and a little bit of future growth.
