plug wire arcing?

I was wondering how to get rid of this? I am guessing replace the wires. I was also wondering what causes it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Michael

Usually caused by a brake down in the insulation or wire damage. But can be from to much plug gap or missing electrode.
Check plug, replace wire.

They do sell wire sets that go "over the top" instead of under the headers.
