I want to know how can uesit to give my car max power.

(wahts timing change)
7-comp cam rockers 1.52 ratio.
8-hooker long tube headers.(cancel rear o2 sensor).
9-msd 6al+coil+wirs 8.5.
10-lt4 knoc sensor.
11-march pulleys.
12-ring and pinion 3.73.
