How hard is it to change the pcm?

VERY EASY!!! Make sure it's 94-95 or 96-97 because they are differant,and if you have an auto use auto...................manual use manual. It's under your hood, passenger side, right in front of the windshield, it has 4 plugs going into it with LOTS of wires. Take - termanal off battery, there are two 10mm bolts holding it in place. Unscrew those bolts, unplug the 4 wire harnesses, take out of plastic sleeve, pop in the new one..........nothing to it. Hope that's what you meant and this helps.
