Wait a minute. Did you say you had "96000" miles on your opti? I would strongly recommend installing a new one. I mean it's basically a distributor cap and rotor just like on older rear mounted distributors and no cap and rotor is gonna be very healthy at that kind of mileage. It should be changed weather it is the problem or not. Just my opinion though...

Are you aware if you click on the "Edit/Delete" button, you can delete the thread by deleting the first post. When you get the "Edit" screen, look in the upper left corner for the "delete" box.
