LCA Relocation Brackets worth it without lowering?

Like the topic says...I was wondering if the LCA relocation brackets help an un-lowered car. I want to lower the car, but I dont think I can with the Jet Hot long tubes. Has anyone lowered their car with Jet Hots?

I have some BMR weld ins but have not installed em yet.
You can lower your car with LTs but I would not. I have Hooker LTs and an Eibach drag launch kit and with my Welds with an overall 25 inch diameter on the front I was scraping exhaust badly, pipes mostly just barely the connector. If it is a daily driver I would not go LT and lowering.
