Oil weight???

I only use Mobile One synthetic. But I want to know what is the best weight to use for a LT1? I want whatever weight that will protect my engine to the maximum. Right now I am using 10W30.

0-40 has worked great for me. Seems to be more consistant then the 10-30 and provides slightly better oil pressure hot, and better initial flow cold.
