OK here goes again....just installed white faced gauges....but didnt <kit advertised > take needles off...the face went on fine...but my oil pressure gauge now doesnt work. I beat on the car pretty good today, and got scared when i kept on hearing a thump noise, and i have NO idea where my oil pressure is at cause the needle doesnt move....it sits at a certain level and doesnt move.. what do I do? all my other gauges work fine...but the oil pressure is giving me hell...can anyone help me? anything is worth a shot, i just need some ideas!!! thanks!

if you had no oil pressuse, you would have a ton of lifter noise. About min after that the engine would die. IMO, I think it is you new gauge face that isn't allowing the needle to move freely. I would check that first.

if you haven't alredy put a manuel oil gauge on and see what it reads. You just might have a bad sending unit.
