I agree also with what ws stated above,I have been looking at different durations and lifts and so forth but I just cant decide i just keep getting ideas then some how void it out and start from square one over and over just seeing what will best suit my needs. so far I got nothin.

Using Extreme energy lobes is always a good thing - you just need the proper spring pressure to control the valvetrain under the aggresive ramps. Around 140# on the seat will do.

Use the high-lift lobes if you're confident you have retainer/valve seal clearance and the springs won't coil bind.

I wrote a DCR calculator for Excel. I can figure your DCR is you give me:

bore
stroke
piston dish cc
chamber cc
deck height
gasket thickness
intake advertised duration
cam LSA
cam advance
