Why don't you read the posts in this thread better. The lack of the MAF screen could be most of your problem. Placing blame on something when you have no idea that it's not the problem is lame, especially when it's with a guy like Ion.

I have a descreened MAF and I haven't run into any problems

Descreened MAFs aren't that much of an issue as ported ones are. jkucz31, you expect answers to your questions, but you haven't posted the before/after graph yet. Also, before and after runs should be done on the same day and on the same dyno. Even with an SAE correction, the numbers will not be the same under different conditions. It's hard to say what the problem is without seeing the graph and AFR though.
