Need Help Changing My Lt1 In My 4th Gen

I Need To Know How To Change My Motor Dropping The K-member With Out A Lift Or The Best Way To Take It Out The Top Spliting The Motor From Trans Can Someone Guide Me In The Right Direction ,with Steps So I Wont Start The Swap Taking Things Off I Dont Need Too And Messing Something Up Please!

I don't know about where you live but near me the autozones and advances rent out lifts. I highly recommend it, if not find a friend with one. Good luck.
