Need the Balancer be removed to replace DRVbelt tensioner assmbly?

I have heard an occasional squeak out of my drivebelt tensioner, my mechanic who tends to things outside of my realm advised me to just silicone spray the assembly but the cost of an entire assembly is so low that I hesitate to just bandaid it by spraying it down or just replacing the tensioner pulley.
Is the 13mm headed Bolt just a reverse thread that attaches the pulley?

there seems to be very little info about the tensioner assembly on the net so I am led to believe it may be relatively easy but wanted to query those in the know here.
Thanks in advance,
Tal

its an easy swap. Remove the belt, couple of bolts and put the belt back on.

Remove the belt, pull out the two 10mm bolts on the tensioner assembly, remove tensioner assembly. Reassembly is reverse of dissassembly. It really is simple.
