My new motor... what do you think?

I'm about to install the motor I've been working on off and on for about the last 4 years (since I finally grenaded the stock pistons I had to finish it!).

Here are the specs, let me know what you think. It'll be too late to change anything pretty soon!

396 LT4 (4-bolt Corvette block)
Cola forged 4340 3.875 stroke crank
Lunati ProMod 4340 rods, 5.850 length
Wiseco custom forged pistons
AFR 210 heads
LT4 port-matched intake
Holley 58mm throttle body
Scorpion 1.6:1 roller rockers
Custom 236/236 cam, 560/560 lift, 114 centers
9.0:1 compression
Vortech S-Trim, custom intake, 7 & 2.65 pulleys
FAST engine management

A couple of notes: the 5.850 rod was intentional rather than a 6.0 because that's as high as the pin can go with that piston dish while maintaining a D-shaped dish required for good quench.

The cam doesn't have more exhaust duration as is normally done because Precision Turbo felt the AFR210 heads have good enough exhaust flow that its not needed.

Go ahead and put in your order for the T-trim. Till then, looks good and have fun with it.

Its funny, everyone here calls their engines "motors' do these things have stators, rotors & need electricity to run ?

BTW, nice engine!

This actually got debated on "Advanced Tech", and the general consensus was that "engine" and "motor" are interchangeable with regard to the internal combustion engine.

The s trim is only going to flow so much air. I would into the t trim of the ys. Have you thought of an intercooler or aftercooler? On a big motor with large amount of boost it would be very beneficial. Plus all the more horsepower.
