What comp cams? who made the converter? Do you have a cat-back exhaust, do you have a cat?

Go with a 3 inch cat-back for the exhaust piping, biiig difference. I don't care for the TCI stuff (or the B&M). The SLP converter has had alot of success with people, but I looove my vigilante.

I would look around at the cams, if youre wanting to keep the chop low go with more lift, and keep your .050 duration numbers in the 210 int-220 exh range, it will be mild but better than stock. If you change cams you'll need springs as well. I like the CC 218/224 cam it's nice and has a mild chop , but not bad, the 224/240 is nice as well as the cc305, but they will be much choppier (but make more power).

Yes they will work very nicely together.
With a full exhaust (LT headers, no cat, and 3 inch cat-back) a CAI, the cam in question and a good tune (with other little mods like pullies, rockers etc) you should easily see 330 rwhp without head work. But if it ends up with 310 rwhp or so I wouldnt be surprised.

Re: my list of mods, what do ya think?

There are lots of good small cams available. I will really depend on if you
want some lope in the idle or if a near stock idle is OK. You can make almost
as much power with cams like the Crane 227, TPIS ZZ9, and GM 845 as you
can with the Hot Cam and others slightly bigger. So what's the verdict, a
sleeper stock idle or a lopey idle?

I do like the very near stock idle of the 227 and like to think I'm in the
"sleeper" category with my cast iron exhaust manifolds. So it will depend on
what your goal is.
