How does this setup sound and is there anything else anyone can think of I should add to make more power? This is all for a 1994 Z-28 Convertible.

Your complete setup is very similar to mine,(including injectors,BBK TB...) except you got A4, I have M6. Let me know when you get dyno numbers.

 

As soon as it's broke in I want to get it tuned. I just hope it makes over 400. Seems like most 383's Ive seen on the board dont break the 430 mark. Do you plan on going to the dyno?

 

You should easyly see 400+ . I hope I will see 440-450rwhp with 10 bolt rear end. (I will not take her to the track until I get 12 bolt)

 

I hope to get away with not having a 12 bolt at least till I get back stateside.

 

When I started doing reseach for my 355, I originally looked into SRP pistons. It seems as though they're not recommended for anything over a 150 shot. SRP pistons have a high silicone content. I was told this directly from JE/SRP's tech department. The only nitrous piston JE makes would give me 13:1 + compression, because it's a domed piston. After much research, I settled on the Ross nitrous piston. The top ring is .150" down, and it's a flat top.
