From what little I remember about the ZR1, you couldn't actually order replacement parts. If the motor popped, you got a new motor. Lingenfelter made some parts for it and did some real nice TT ZR1s. A lot of them are plagued w/ heat problems though.

I know pistons would be custom made and maybe even the rods. I don't remember the bore/stroke on the motor, but it wasn't standard. Also, a stroker ZR1 is 385ci. Check out some of the major ZR1 tuner companies like DRM, Callaway and LPE. There might be some info there. I'm sure Corvette Forums would have a lot of info too.
