LT1 runs rough when hot, P1361
IMHO If it is not the opti and that is most likely what it is with all the changes you have made...perhaps, since performance degrades when it warms up -there is a slight chance that it is the engine temp sensor. This repair is a lot quicker, easier and cheaper than replacing the opti. This sensor corrects to the ECM and can affect performance since that feedback is used by the ECM to decide fuel/AIR Mix, idle, other ratios... drivability and performance will be effected.
The ECT can affect a cold engine (doesn't tell the PCM the engine is cold), or a hot engine (doesn't tell the PCM the engine is hot).
You will only get a code if the sensor circuit is totally "open" (infinite resistance) or "shorted" (zero resistance).
It pays to look at what the PCM is reading from the sensor, using a scanner.

I haven't taken the old opti apart yet but just by turning it I could tell something was terribly wrong, i don't know how the car was even running with that thing on there. BTW, I ordered my opti off amazon for 299 free shipping and it's ac delco. So if anyone is looking for one check there.
