I have a rearend out of a 01 WS6 in my 94 Z28. It is pretty simple, just pull the axles and put on your caliper mounts then slip the axles back in. I know the sensor on my rearend and the new one I have were different. The 94 rear had a hole the sensor went in and the 01 just has a flat spot the the sensor sits on. So now I dont have ABS.

Ok so basically if the car doesn't have traction control (my brother's Z doesn't either) it should be ok! Also in that thread some were saying you need to swap the axles and some said you didn't...what's the deal on that?

You dont have to swap the axles if you use the LS1 rear brakes.

No, they break the same. My friend bought a 12 Bolt for an LT1 car for his LS1. He had to use LT1 brakes on it and his doesnt have ABS any more.

No but my bro's is gone out...leaking and whining real bad and the LSD doesn't work and he's tired of messing with it and we found one for a really good price with under 10,000 miles but it's from an LS1....that's why I was wondering! Thanks for your input guys....keep it coming!
