Cmr0z28 ~ With that Y pipe on the car, How hard does it look like it would be to fit a high flow cat on the Y pipe? Also, where the pipe is placed, if a single cat was installed onto the Y, how bad would that hurt ground clearance? My cat now is 4 & 3/4" off the ground, lower than that though could be a problem.

From looking at those pictures, it doesnt seem like there would be much room to have a cat welded on. The straight part of the y-pipe looks tiny

Looks like you could fit 2 cats into the ypipe.
The passenger side would be no problem and even wind up in the stock location but the driver side could only be after the bend before the y.
I think the mufflex pipe for the jet hots has the driver side cat in that location.
The only thing the TPiS's have going for them is the easy elegant bolting method for the heads.

Emissions testing is coming to my county in June and nationwide eventually.
I'm gonna get my car inspected in may and put that off for a year but I want my car honestly emissions legal.
That's why I'm running dual cats.
