Just found out I dont have Cruise Control...

For some reason I had a revelation today and realized I dont have traction control. I thought I did at one time, didnt just about all fully loaded Z28's come with this option? It was "fully loaded" from the factory.

Isnt there suppossed to be 2 throttle cables going to the TB, one for the throttle, and the other for cruise? I only have one.

Either way what I really want to know is if there is anything to get rid of now that is seems to be nonfuncional(ie it doesnt work while driving)

Isnt there a box or something on the drivers side?

Theres 2 cables, a big black box, under the box a silver tube-shaped TCS/ASR motor, and then cables running from the box to the TB.
