93 LT1 is 22 #/HR. 94-97 are 24 #/Hr. If you install the 22's in a 94, the PCM should be reprogrammed for the new size.
If you don't program the PCM, it will try and adjust the long term fuel corrections to correct for the fuel shortfall caused by the "too small" injectors, but that becomes a bit hit-or-miss, depending on whether the long term fuel corrections are already elevated for some other reason.
I woudn't recommend using the 22's unless you have the PCM reprogrammed.
