Alright, so I'll most likely be replacing my TPS and IAC valve today. I'll let you guys know if that fixes it.

Geez, don't do that. Test the TPS, it isn't hard. Take off the IAC motor and clean it. Use the spray cleaner safe for coated fuel injection parts and spray the pintle, holding the electrical bits up so that the material yoiu loosen won't foul the motor. Let it dry and put it back on.

Just changing those parts without knowing they're bad could be pretty expensive and may not fix the problem. I think Injuneer calls it "parts roulette"...

Have you had the intake elbow of recently? Maybe you're getting some un-metered air into the intake...make sure the elbow is on at the bottom of the throttle body.

Just a shot in the dark.

I figured the TPS was only like $20 so it was worth it to replace it while I had the TB off. And yeah, yesterday I removed the throttlebody, took of the old TPS and IAC valve (IAC valve looked messed up), cleaned the throttlebody with some TB cleaner and a toothbrush, put in the new TPS and IAC valve, and put everything back together. I also put a bottle of fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank. Problem has now gone away. I'm fairly certain it was the IAC valve, since the old one looks messed up. I'll post a pic of it later. Well, thanks for all the help guys. I really appreciate it. There's nothing I hate more than not having my car working right, and I'm glad I didn't have to take it to some ripoff mechanic.

Also, can the coolant bypass be done for a '94? Because in the picture in the shbox guide it says '95-'97.

The bypass is a little different on the 94's. You'll need a 3/8" double barbed fitting and a couple of hose clamps to join the hoses together. The later cars don't need anything...
