How to plug holes after !EGR
How to plug holes after !EGR
Hey all, i removed my EGR and AIR this weekend. I would like to know what you all used to block off that little metal pipe that comes out right above the PCV valve on the driver side. Anything else I have to plug that i forgot, besides that and the 3 ports (2 on back of intake and one on exhaust manifold).

The AIR connections to the manifold take 22mm (single cat) or 18mm (dual-cat) oil drain plugs. Cap the AIR supply connection on the intake ducting with a 5/8" vacuum cap.
Not sure what you disconnected as far as " that little metal pipe that comes out right above the PCV valve on the driver side.". Did you disconnect something from the manifold? Are you talking about the vacuum connection for the EGR solenoid? If so, just cap it.
OK thats exactly what i mean. The EGR selenoid connection on the driver side of the intake, right above the pcv valve. It has a black tube connecting to it, to a box, and then to the selenoid ont he back of the intake. What can i use to block off that little metal pipe that comes out of the intake for that. Everything else is blocked off, I got those 3 block off plates from SJM Manufacturing
Any ideas?

You get the right size "vacuum cap"..... like a little black rubber condom, and you put it over the metal tube attached to the intake manifold. Don't worry about the end of the hose you removed.
