How much for cam install?
If you have a shop do it then my guess would be in the $800-$1000 range. Now if you can find somebody local on this board with experience to help you out then probably considerably less... FWIW I helped a guy install his hotcam kit for $250 and some lunch/dinner.
If you have any sort of mechanical ability just do it yourself. I just recently did my cam swap myself. I had never done anything remotely close to this big before and it actually went real well. No problems with mine at all until I went to the track for the first time with the setup and collapsed one of my stock lifters....
It is very time consuming and you have toi take your time, but I would say do it if you have the ability cause it will save you a lot of money

Hope that helps
There is like a 10 dollar price difference between a new set of stock lifters and the comp R's so I see no reason to not get the Comp R's ever unless they are on backorder or something and you are in a rush. The part number is 875-16 I believe. Combination Motorsports has them for like 208 or so.
