ive heard that magnaflow is not very loud at all i think! but ill probably get flamed for this but one of my friends has a 2000 mustang gt that has a exhaust of some sort and h pipe with no cats, and i think it sounds damn good! i was reading earlier and some people dont like the way mustangs sound, but its my personal opinion and if i could get my car to sound like that it would be cool, but i dont drive mustangs! so no dont tell me to go buy one

If you want loud with your current set-up, just install some cutouts...

2.5" true duals would be your best bet though...and you'll find that an H pipe will give you a nice deep growl...

Many people on here have goen with an X pipe though and have been quite happy with volume and resonance...

yea ive thought about true duals, but i wouldnt want to have turn downs before the axle, i would want to have tips because of the back bumper cover thing, i dont think it would look right with out tips coming out, and how much does the normal true duals set up run to get installed/fabed? thanks alot faceless z

You can get true duals that exit out the rear, fabbed and installed, for around $200-$220 depending on where you get it done of course...most people have gone with 2 Bullet mufflers and an X pipe as I stated before...

I'm sure there's someone on tonight who has 1st hand experience...

u could:
1. gut the cats/take them off completely (off-road pipe)
2. get headers
3. just get a cutout for when u want to be loud.

Like I said before, just unbolt the cat from your exhaust and drill some holes in it with a long drill bit(12" paddle bit), then beat the sh*t out of it with a long pipe or something. Then just start the car up and rev it a few times until the honeycomb blows out and bolt it back up. ITS FREE, see how you like it before spending money$$$$.

I would like to know where you are seeing a price like that for true duals out the back...the only people I know that have them running out the back for near that price built them themselves...
