how do i tell if its the fuel pump or the FPR

i was wondering with my wopping 8PSI of fuel pressure how i can tell what to replace? how would i test the pump or the regulator?

Pull the vacuum line off the FPR and see if any gas leak out of the port; if so, the diaphram is ripped in your regulator. Most likely it's your fuel pump.

Replace your pump! its bad. Regulator will not dump that much fuel even if it leaking! and at that point the fuel would be shooting everywhere.
