I wouldnt put any cam in a car without having headers and a good exhaust system. If you do you will be disappointed at all the hard work that went into installing the cam and you wont feel a big difference. Depending on what cam you decide to go with it may need some major tuning also.

I know this is off the subject, but what kinda music do you spin at the club???
Yeah i wanna do headers & exhaust too.

BTW heres what i spin, top four mixes are breaks & the rest are U.K hard house & hard trance.

Now, in additon, I have the LT4 conversion, BBK 52 mm TB, Hooker LT's, Mufflex ORP, OBD1 PCM by PCMFORLESS, Meziere water pump, NGK plugs, MSD 8.5mm wires. This combo laid down 384 RWHP. Needless to say, I'm pretty pleased...
Nice mumbers, so you didn't even have headers back when you installed the hotcam.
My cars putting out pretty decent numbers the way it sits, im hoping the hotcam & headers will put it back in LS1 range.
Im gonna try to make the next CFFB meet, so i can check out your car.

With just headers and exhaust a possibly a gear you could pull on a LS1 as long as it was stock.

I just emailed you about some DJ's and about Breakbeats. Those are the best by far.

The HC kit is a good value for the dollar. Gas didn't suffer either, 17 city/23 hwy. Do I wan't more power? Of course. It's all in what you want to spend. Performance wise with stock heads my ride is pretty good. It's a consistent 13.0 @ 104.6 car on street tires. Drop the front sway bar and pop on some slicks and I'm in the 12's.

Computer tuning is always a good idea with a cam.
