does the hot cam kit require bigger injectors(like 30 lbr.'s) or can you use stock 24 lb.?

Just make sure you check your duty cycle. I have SVO 30lbs and the highest DC I have seen is right around 72%

I don't know where is will sit with the stock injectors, but if it's over 85% you should swap up to some bigger ones.

A hotcam kit might add like 20hp or whatever. Theres no way GM would/could size factory injectors that max out barely over the engines rated HP.

if you break 345-360rwhp than I would go 30lbs. At that point your approaching 75-85% duty cycle. Its hard to say. If you can find LS1 28lbs used I would for something like that.

An LS1 28 #/HR injector (flow rated at 58psi) flows exactly the same as a 24 #/HR LT1 injector, when the LS1 injector is used in the LT1's 43.5psi fuel system.

He doesn't need upgraded injectors yet.

I have the hot cam and you will be good with stock injectors. If you do some head work and a larger cam then you need to think about injectors. And if you decide to run NOS or Forced induction.

As everybody is saying, the stockers are fine. I've had the HOT cam for over 12 years in my car, never had a problem with fueling.

Parent's have LT4 HOT cam, heads/intake on both T/A's and still run on the stock injector. The M6 car dynoed at 375rwhp over 10 years ago. Still on stock injectors.
