Hooker Long Tubes

I currently have Edelbrock shorties and want to up grade to some full-lengths. Are the Hookers' emissions legal? Is there a better brand for long tubes?

No Longtube header is emissions legal. Jet-Hot and Hooker are the best for Longtubes as far as they go. You can get the Jet-Hots with emissions hook-ups like EGR and AIR plus they come with O2 bungs in the collectors, Hooker doesnt have any of these.

Hookers do come with the O2 bungs, but they are not emissions legal like said above. Look in the Group Purchase section, Jet-Hot is almost always running some kind of special on their headers. Jet-Hot's phone number is 1-800-432-3379.

Hookers have been the best priced/best performing LTs since the LT1 came out...those jet hots recenty came out...I think after almost 10 yrs coating hooker LT's I guess they realized they make some money producing headers...little late id say...from what i hear though there similar to the hookers...
