I would like to chat with some people that have these for there LT1.I am wanting to buy a set but i have some questions,what do you do with your A.I.R. injection do the headers come with A.I.R. hookup?What about EGR tube hookup?Do you have to just unhook and block off everything and get custom programming?If so were do I go to get the parts I need at the best price?Any help would be great,thanks.

 

i think you can get the hookers with all the emissions stuff, im not sure though. i ordered mine from Jet Hot with no emissions fittings. the AIR you basically remove. you will unscrew the fittings on the stock manifolds, and unbolt and remove the AIR pump. then i just used a dremmel to cut and remove the little pipe that goes under the timing cover from one side to the other. the EGR needs to be removed also. just unscrew the nuts holding the pipe that goes into the rear of the pass. side intake manifold. remove the pipe. then you will also remove the EGR valve which is on the rear drivers side of the manifold. then you will need to block off both holes with plates. i ordered my blockoff plates from

oh and for programming the emissions out of the computer send your PCM to www.pcmforless.com !!! that way you wont have a SES light on.
