Arrow homemade intake makers...

could ppl with home-made intakes please post the pic of what you have?

i want to make mine out of 4inch stainless steel..but i dont know how i want to make it.

pics please.

Yeah, you should use plastic. Most people use polyvinyl chloride and that works well. Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene won't conduct static as well, so if you can... that would probably be better. Industrial vacuums made from PVC will shock the heck out of you where as ABS won't as much.

You can use all-purpose pipe glue to fuse both together. If you need to build a custom box, that can be made from sheets of ABS. Again, pipe-glue can be used to weld them together.

Good luck. Try to not use Al or steel.
