High idle?

Another thing.....

IAT signal = pin C21
MAP signal = pin C23 (ref volts and ground are on connector B)
IAC driver circuits = pins C1, C2, C5, C6
O2 high low signals = pins C7, C8, C19, C20

Are we beginning to see a pattern here?

Indeed, i'll check my PCM plugs for the C connector, also any grounds it gets on that connector, thanks for the help. I didnt have time to look last night as it was already night fall. I work until 9PM, I get most of my wrench time on the weekends.

Thank you very much injuneeer, im home for a short break and decided to check out the PCm plugs. The whole gray connector was unplugged . They shoved my PCM under the new carpet. . Im amazed the computer was running without that plug. Thank you very much, problem solved.
