Fuel will also come out when you pull the rail up and yank off the first few injectors. So don't do this when it's hot. Fuels no problem so long as your not stupid with it
I used injector cleaner (soaked the tips in shot glasses of it).
Then used q-tips and carb cleaner to get em all pretty.
