HELP.....MSD 8.5mm wires

Has anybody heard about MSD wires not fitting for a 94 Camaro Z28 i got the wires for that appllication i went to take my car to the shop to do the tune up and my mechanic told me the wires wont fit behind the power steering pulley where the wire looms are he refuse to put them on so if any body has them on the same appllication OR know a different wiring route please let me know or any suggestions i really want to put those wires on...thanks

i got the wires for that appllication
If you have the correct MSD's for a 94 lt1 then I would find a different mechanic.

You need to remove the stock 7mm wire loom holders,and use cable ties to secure them.
It is kind of tight,sounds like he is frustrated and wants more money for the job.

I got them to fit, its tight behind the pully and a wire tie is needed to make sure they don't hit, but all of mine fit fine in basically the stock locations

No, the size probably has nothing to do with it. Your mechanic probably took one look at the routing and realized how much fun it would be to change the wires and knows better. LOL
