ok guys i have a 94 formula lt4 head hot cam 1.6 rockers 52mm throttle body full bolt ons and i have a miss thats random at light throttle. you have to be cruzing from 1200 to about 2000 to feel it. i found what i thought was a dead o2 sensor so i replaced it. well the problem is still there the car thinks that the left bank is lean as hell.there are no vaccum leaks. im lost and confused. any ideas?

 

burned plug wire? spark plug?

 

no all plugs are good and all plug wires are good

 

Exhuast leak before the O2 sensor will cause a "false" lean condition. So will the misfires.

 

i dont have any exhaust leaks either. any other ideas?

 

Sure its not cam surge, is it tuned?

 

I have the same thing going on with my 1996 hotcamed z.

 

it could be cam surge but i got a mail order tune and it didnt help maybe one of you guys could help me with my tune possibly

 

no body can look at my bin file and tell me if there is anything that is causeing this problem
