correct me if i'm wrong but the engines in brand new cars are already broken in at the factory, thats why they run synthetic off the lot.

BTW I started this thread and my engine is already broken in, it kind of got hijacked but I don't mind I like hearing others opinions and advice on this kind of stuff.

yeah, the engine runs great except on cold starts in open loop it gets a ton of knock retard, but as soon as it goes into closed loop it runs great. I will get a datalog soon, i just need to find a laptop again.
