I looked for the fuse locations in the repair manual, couldnt find anything.. It also says how to test for power to the fuel pump through the relay, BUT doesnt say which contacts are positive and negative.

Good luck on the relay, if you have found it, try to keep your fingers on it while turning the key, see if you feel it click. I know the green wire w/ white stripe going to the relay is the fuel enable, see if you are getting power to that point.
I said I wasn't going to do this.. but GM usualy keeps a consistant color code..
Green w/ white stripe - Fuel pump control from ECM
Black w/ white stripe - Relay Ground
Pink - +12 from fuse
Gray - Power to fuel pump
