I have a friend who I've been trying to help over the phone with a 95 T/A. Previous descriptions he gave of what it was doing proved correct, when not running, key on, the fuel pump will prime normally......but it will randomly turn on and off from there. It doesn't seem to have any problems staying on while running, but engine off it sometimes cycles on and off randomly.

I told him where the relay was to check it, I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and/or has other suggestions.
