fuel preasure problem

It seems that I have a fuel preasure problem but don't know weather its pump or regulator, both have been replaced recently. The problem shows up after driving a while about a hour. If I keep the r's up it runs but lacked on power, doesn't ideal well or for long. When this occurs fuel preasure is down to 20 psi or less, is thier any thing else that could cause this THANKS

Voltage drop to the fuel pump?

If you clamp down on the return line does the fuel pressure rise? If not, then I wouldn't expect a problem from the regulator.

If you've got a good pump, regulator, and clean filter I would be inspecting the wiring very closely.

Thanks, I'll check the wires and voltage.
