hooker catback install

when hooking up the hooker catback to the pacesetter long tube headers and y-pipe do i need to modify the pipe that comes back to the y-pipe? i think its meant to go to the stock catalytic converter so its too long i think?
just wondering if this is somethin i can do in my driveway with clamps.
just looking for easiest way to hook this up. thanks.

I had the pipe (that hooks to the y-pipe) widened. They both are 3" diameter. I had no problems with it being to long.
