ok so this one is right above my opti, but its not really leaking, its just...there. what may be causing this one?

looks like rusty ol' coolant coming from that questionable hose and/or clamp, dripping onto the belt or crank hub and being slung back onto the w/p.
I'd check the hose. When is the last time the coolant has been flushed?
