I'm still waiting for a vin number and/or pictures. I can understand not having a digital camera, so the vin will do.

 

Brent is so right, soon as you mod that car it just looses everything it has going for it. If you want to mod somthing buy my 93z for 1800 and build a bad a$$ motor. Leave the SS LT-4 for a sunday drive or two.

 

It is just the way I feel I suppose. My dad has a 1 of 102 SW/TR ZO6. The rarest, even more rare than the Yellow ones, and he refuses to mod it yet he drives the thing almost daily. He says the car was ment to be driven, I say the car was ment to be driven HARD .

 

Yeah, but how much did your dad spend above retail for that car? I have no idea what they go for but with logic like "drive it all the time and drive it hard" wouldn't it have made more sense to buy a used Z06 with like 10,000 miles on it then put like $15,000 in mods to it and have a way badder car than he has now for way cheaper? Maybe not but that's what I would have done instead.

To me, anytime you pay WAY more than what you should pay (like $90,000 for a ZR1 Corvette) it is foolish to do anything other than have it as a weekend driver. If you pay over retail for a rare car and drive it daily and mod the crap out of it then you have too much money Yeah... I guess I would like to be able to do that I suppose
