Fans are not turning on.. Help?

I checked my fan motors they are good and replaced the cooling temp sensor. It looks like I'm not getting power to my one fan Relay. When I run a hot wire to the relay and check where the fans plug in it has power. Right now I ran a hot wire from another fan relay but my fans are on all the time when the key is on. It looks like the problem is before the relay box. Any info on what the problem might would help greatly... Thanks

I had the same problem but I took the covers off the relay and touch the contacts together and they worked. I thought it was my ECU but it turns out when I changed the thermostat I didn't let the air out of the cooling system. Have you ran it hot lately? Or have you added water to the radiator?

It ran alittle bit hot. That's how I found out my fans wasn't working.
