Exasht Cut-out Question

Installing a cutout tomorrow. Is it going to be a problem to install it in the cat tube, right off the header? Or does it benefit more to have it farther along in the exasht system before the muffler?

Dont have a cat on the car now. I was going to get the cutout installed in the cat tube. So it should be a good idea.
